How do you get your beef directly from the ranch to your table?
When the beef is getting ready for harvest time, we coordinate the harvest truck and the meat shop.
The customers have the choices of getting:
¼ beef:
¼ beef is around 150 lb hanging weight (Price $5.05 per lb hanging weight)
Harvest fee: $37.50
Cutting and wrapping fee from $0.84 to $0.95 per lb hanging weight plus tax depending on the meat shop.
Approximate final cost: $937.
½ beef:
½ beef is around 300 lb hanging weight (Price $5.05 per lb hanging weight)
Harvest fee: $75
Cutting and wrapping fee from $0.84 to $0.95 per lb hanging weight plus tax depending on the meat shop.
Approximate final cost $1875.
1 beef:
1 beef is around 600 lb hanging weight (Price $5.05 per lb hanging weight)
Harvest fee: $150
Cutting and wrapping fee from $0.84 to $0.95 per lb hanging weight plus tax depending on the meat shop.
Approximate final cost $3750.
Nice To Know:
Hanging weight means the pounds of beef at arrival at the meat shop before cutting and wrapping.
You pay the meat shop for the cutting and wrapping when you pick up your beef.
